theUrrbanify is not a buyer, seller, broker, agent, or legal authority and does not participate in property transactions.

2. User Accounts

Users access the platform via OTP login.

You are responsible for all activity performed using your account.

3. User Submissions

Users may submit:

• Property inquiries
• Drawn areas
• Uploaded documents
• Property details

You confirm that:

• Information provided is lawful and accurate
• You have rights to upload submitted content

You grant theUrrbanify permission to store and display this data for platform functionality.

4. Inquiries & Broker Interaction

• Brokers may view inquiries in selected areas
• theUrrbanify does not guarantee response, transaction, or deal completion
• Any agreement between users is outside platform responsibility

We are not responsible for disputes between parties.

5. Property & Map Information

All TP scheme, plot, and project data is for informational purposes only.

Users must independently verify:

• Ownership
• Legal approvals
• Measurements
• Government records

6. Document Requests

Document requests are facilitation services only. theUrrbanify does not verify or certify legal authenticity of documents.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Upload false property claims
• Impersonate others
• Submit illegal documents
• Misuse map data
• Attempt to copy or scrape platform data

Accounts violating rules may be suspended.

8. Limitation of Liability
